Rose Scholarship for Windward Scholars

The Rose Scholarship for Windward Scholars was established in honor of Julia Rose’s belief in the power of education to transform lives and her passion in providing educational opportunities to those who cannot afford it.? She held a strong conviction that higher education held the key to changing society, one life at a time. The Windward Scholars has been designated to support students who began their coursework at the College of Coastal Georgia through the duel enrollment program.
