Black Scholars Endowed Scholarship

The Black Scholars Endowed Scholarship has been established by gift from Goodwill Homes, Inc., to continue the College of Coastal Georgia’s institutional commitment to diversity.

This scholarship will provide an opportunity to incoming or current student leaders who demonstrate leadership through multicultural student organizations and diversity initiatives at the College of Coastal Georgia or who have a history of inclusion and diversity-related leadership in their high school or communities.

As a College, we understand the value that a diverse student population brings to campus. To that end, this scholarship is intended to help empower students who receive this scholarship to continue their efforts toward justice in our community and beyond. Students must be a member of the Black Scholars Program at the College of Coastal Georgia (for more information about the Black Scholars Program, please contact the Director of Diversity Initiatives)

Students who demonstrate leadership through multicultural student organizations and diversity initiatives.

Priority given to students from Brantly, Bryan, Camden, Charlton, Chatham, Glynn, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Pierce, Ware, and Wayne Counties.
